This large veterinary team and practice offers a fantastic service to the local community and is fully equipped with all the usual 'mods & cons'.
Key abilities:
Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for clinical practice and team development
Provide excellence and mentor the team to ensure they can do the same
The ideal candidate will be a certificate holder or working towards one
Manage a large team of Vets efficiently and effectively
This role is 4 days per week with a Saturday rota of 1:5
There is no OOH requirements ensuring a great work-life balance
Requirements:
Registered with the RCVS, or meet the requirements
Display excellent leadership qualities
Someone looking to take their next career step
Remuneration:
Salary £50,000 to £70,000
RCVS/VDS/BVA fees paid
Generous CPD allowance
Accommodation and relocation allowance available
Visa sponsorship supported
