We at Lloyd & Cowan are delighted to be working with a practice who is looking for another vet to join their great team. They are a SA practice ideally looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience, but would consider someone with less experience if they have enough enthusiasm and willingness to learn! A vet with a medicine bias would be preferred, to complement their 2 surgery certificate holders in the practice.
The Role:
A 4-day week with the same day off every week, one-in-3 Saturday mornings and no OOH will allow you to achieve a good work-life balance in this wonderful part of the South Coast, with Brighton and the South Downs in easy reach.
Joining their professional, personable team in the practice, you’ll deliver exceptional care by going beyond consulting to listen and empathising, putting patients and clients first, always.
As qualified MRCVS, you’ll already have good experience gained in small animal practice. You’ll be competent in clinical examination and surgery and confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team.
Sharing their values being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you will have all the softer skills essential to working effectively, building trusting relationships with your colleagues, harnessing their one team culture.
You will also display good communication skills and the desire to share your knowledge and skills by being an outstanding, positive example to others.
The Branch:
The team are passionate about what they do, and strive to provide the best care for their patients. Well equipped practice, with extensive orthopaedic kit, laparoscopy, dental radiography, slit lamp, tonometer and laser, in addition to the usual kit. Excellent RVN: vet ratio.
