Veterinary Surgeon- Welcome Bonus & Relocation Package

  • Welcome Bonus of £5000 available* and relocation package

  • Salary ranging from £45,000 to £65,000 dependant on experience

We are delighted to be working with a small animal practice based in the leafy suburb of Wimbledon who are looking for 2 enthusiastic and professional Veterinary Surgeons to join their team!

About:

  • You will be joining their Owner/ Clinical Director, as grows and develops his team for the next stage in Wimbledon's journey. They have an animal behavioural specialist attend on a frequent basis and they see a wide variety of cases, including a higher-than-average number of rabbits and exotics. They take pride in working up cases to an extremely high standard.

  • They have a bright, air-conditioned surgery which is purpose built to industry leading standards, with state-of-the-art equipment including digital X-ray and in-house laboratory facilities. They are supportive of individual interests so if you have a particular area of interest, this could be the practice for you!

  • Applicants will be experienced, confident with all routine surgical and medical cases and special interests will be welcomed and supported, with a generous CPD allowance of a minimum of £3k and certificates encouraged. Experience in emergency surgery as well as working with rabbits would be an advantage, but not essential.​

  • This is a full-time role with no weekends, as currently their opening hours are between Monday and Friday. There will be some sole charge responsibility but no OOHs ensuring a healthy work/life balance!​
