The Role:
- 4-day week with 2 dedicated operating days.
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9 am – 12 pm).
- No Sundays, bank holidays, or out-of-hours work.
- 20-minute consults to allow for high-quality patient care.
- Structured diary with morning, afternoon, and evening breaks, admin time, and lunch protected.
- Daily morning team catch-ups.
The Practice:
One of the last remaining independent practices in the area, this clinic is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. The team is highly motivated, valuing clinical autonomy and growth, ensuring the best care for pets and their owners.
The practice is well-equipped with:
- Upgraded ultrasound, DR X-ray, multi-parameter monitoring, syringe driver, tonopen, and Phovia light therapy.
- Dedicated wards for dogs and cats/rabbits.
- Visiting expert orthopaedic team for advanced cases.
- A fully utilised nursing team, allowing vets to focus on their clinical work.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Confident in surgery, with a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Enjoys building strong client relationships to offer personalised, holistic care.
- A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Open to leadership opportunities in the future.
- Comfortable discussing pricing and treatment options with clients confidently.
