Responsibilities:

  • Engage with a varied caseload, with opportunities for case work-ups supported by experienced colleagues.

  • Maintain a balance of consulting and surgical duties.

  • Pursue specific veterinary interests.

Flexible Work-Life Balance:

  • Work-life balance is valued and adaptable rota patterns are offered to suit individual needs.

  • This role involves working up to 4 days per week, with 1:4 Saturday mornings and no out-of-hours, Sunday, or bank holiday duties.

The Practice:

  • Well-established, single-site small animal practice has 5 Vets.

  • The practice is conveniently located near the town centre.

Facilities:

  • Air-conditioned rooms

  • Dedicated operating theatre

  • Three consulting rooms

  • Large prep area

  • Separate dog/cat wards

  • Imaging/dental area with digital X-ray facilities

  • MyLab 25 Gold E-SAOTE ultrasound scanner

  • Extensive in-house lab, ECG, and tonometer

The Team:

  • Supportive team includes 5 Veterinary Surgeons, 5 Registered Veterinary Nurses & support team.

  • The practice promotes a collaborative culture and encourages continuous professional development (CPD) with a generous CPD budget.

Salary & benefits:

  • Up to £65,000 (DOE)
