Our client who we are delighted to be working with are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to complete their team. Responsibilities will include operations, inpatient care, consultations and medical work ups. They are looking for a happy and enthusiastic individual to compliment their current Vets and bring their own skills to their practice. The candidate will be competent at most general surgical procedures and routine consultations/investigations.
Rota:
Their flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours offers a balance that truly flexes with you and your lifestyle no matter what stage you are in your career. For full-time they work four 10-hour days, however they can be flexible for the perfect applicant. Weekends are worked on a rota basis - approximately 1 in 6, mornings only with time off in lieu. There is no out of hours emergency work, however as a hospital they do look after their own inpatients and therefore there may be minimal inpatient care duties. They will also accept applications for part-time.

This practice is a busy first opinion practice with an onsite orthopaedic referral unit on the North Wales/Cheshire border. Based over 4 branches, they combine gold standard first opinion work with certificate led referral unit. They pride themselves on their standards of clinical care and offer orthopaedic, medicine and dermatology referral to local practices.
They have a full orthopaedic inventory, endoscopy, video otoscopy, hydrotherapy including water treadmill, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and laser therapy.

Their team consists of 13 Vets, including 4 certificate holders and a wonderful team of dedicated and passionate Nurses. They have an approachable and fully integrated support structure with an excellent customer care team, administrative team and animal nursing assistants.
