Position: Small Animal Vet

Salary: Up to £75,000 (DOE), plus Welcome Bonus & Relocation Allowance

Lloyd & Cowan are actively recruiting a dedicated and skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join a dynamic team based in Spalding, East Midlands. The ideal candidate should be confident in all first opinion duties and comfortable with occasional sole charge responsibilities.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a well-established team of 4 Veterinary Surgeons, providing a varied and fulfilling caseload that includes daily consultations and surgeries.
Work-Life Balance:

· Full-time rota: 40 hours per week across four days.
· 1 in 5 Saturdays (8:30 am – 12 pm).

Requirements:
· Experience as a Veterinary Surgeon.
· Comfortable with sole charge when necessary.
· Strong communication skills.
· Commitment to animal care.
Salary & Benefits:
· Salary £75,000 (DOE)
· Welcome bonus of up to £5,000 and relocation allowance up to £5,000 available.
