Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are thrilled to be working with a practice who are looking for a dynamic Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly team. Day to day duties include a mix of consultations, working up medical cases and some routine surgery. Candidates will be responsible for a wide range of cases with support from experienced colleagues.
Working pattern:
The shift pattern is flexible, full-time shifts cover 40 hours per week over 4 days and one in 3 Saturday mornings. They care about your work/life balance and therefore can offer flexible or part-time shifts that cater to your lifestyle.
About them:
They are a well-equipped practice with spacious consulting rooms and plenty of kennel space. They have ultrasound, digital x-ray, endoscopes, and a K-laser. Full in-house laboratory and a dedicated dental room with dental x-ray.
Their fantastic team is made up of 5 experienced Vets, a dedicated team of nurses, 8 Receptionists and 2 Practice Managers. Both Practice Managers have over 20 years’ experience at East Grinstead Vets and are super supportive of the team. Their Vets all have over 10 years’ experience and include a surgery certificate holder. They have a friendly team of experienced nurses, and they are a nurse training practice.
Who they are looking:
They are looking for a good team player with some experience in medicine who is keen to work up cases to a high standard. An interest in surgery would be an advantage but not essential. Their friendly people are looking forward to welcoming someone who is keen to take on new challenges.
Salary:
Salary up to £68,640 depending on experience plus £1000 Welcome Bonus and £2000 Relocation Allowance
