We at Lloyd & Cowan are pleased to be working with a practice who have an exciting opportunity for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their team of experienced Veterinary Surgeons alongside a highly supportive nursing team.
This practice is an established veterinary practice privileged to have been able to look after the wellbeing of pets for over 50 years in the beautiful county of Yorkshire. Their greatest strength is their team, their emphasis is always on compassionate care, and they go to the extra step to make their patients (and their owners!) feel welcome and at ease.
As a first opinion practice, they enjoy a varied caseload, both medical and surgical – something much appreciated by its loyal and expanding client base. There are exciting times to come for the practice including a focus on new equipment for the growing caseload.
The Role:
This role is preferably full time but can discuss a part time/job share role if preferred.
Salary up to £55,000 per annum (FTE), but is negotiable for the right candidate
Working hours between 8:30am-18:00pm only
1 in 3 Saturday mornings, (time off in lieu given for this)
No out of hours or on call (all sent externally)
No Sunday Work.
