We at Lloyd & Cowan are thrilled to be working with a practice who are looking for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their branch.

About them:

Their friendly and experienced team prides themselves on providing the best care for pets and clients alike, and the role offers a good balance between consulting, operating and preventative healthcare. They offer 20-minute appointments for non-routines to ensure their patients receive high-quality care, and their team have sufficient time to provide thorough workups and excellent client communication.

Their dedicated practice manager and supportive colleagues will ensure that you have all the resources and support you need to excel in your career. You’ll be working alongside 4 experienced Veterinary Surgeons, 5 RVNs, 1 SVN and 5 receptionists/administrators. 

Rota:

They can offer flexible rota patterns within their opening times of 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a 1 in 5 rotation with TOIL given in return. There is no on-call as their OOH is covered.

They encourage their Veterinary Surgeons to have clinical freedom, case independence, and continuity with an interesting and varied caseload. They would happily support and encourage you in developing your own clinical interests and career advancement.

Salary:

​Up to £75,000 DOE, Welcome bonus up to £5,000, Relocation allowance up to £5,000
