An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-equipped, large first-opinion practice in Hampshire. This role offers strong clinical exposure, including in-house out-of-hours, within a supportive and close-knit team.
The Practice
Located in a well-connected rural town with easy access to London, the South Coast and surrounding cities, the practice is modern and fully equipped with:

Separate cat ward and theatre (Gold Standard Cat Friendly Practice)
As the only local clinic providing its own out-of-hours service, the team benefits from excellent case continuity and varied surgical and medical exposure.
The Team
You’ll join a friendly, collaborative team with a strong focus on wellbeing and professional development. CPD is actively encouraged, with certificate holders across a range of disciplines including surgery, anaesthesia, behaviour and ophthalmology. The practice is also a respected nurse training centre.
The Role
Flexible working patterns available, with shifts between 8am–7pm and a 1 in 5 weekend rota. On-call vets are only required on-site Saturday mornings (8:30am–12:30pm), with generous OOH incentives and time off in lieu provided.
