Looking to join a friendly, experienced team with clinical variety and great work-life balance?

This stand-alone small animal clinic in Hampshire is expanding and now seeking a third vet to join their growing, close-knit team. You'll work alongside a highly experienced practice owner with multiple certificates, including soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, who’s passionate about mentoring and development.

The clinic is vibrant, well-equipped, and independently run under a wider veterinary brand – offering local autonomy with national support. A varied caseload includes general practice, exotics, and surgery, making this a great role for someone who wants to grow clinically in a well-supported environment.

Why consider this role?

  • You’ll be the third vet in a structured, experienced team
  • No OOH, and rota is designed to promote healthy work-life balance
  • Supportive practice owner, known for hands-on mentorship
  • Full-time ideally, but some flexibility with hours
  • Consults finish at 6pm, with the clinic closing at 7pm

The wider team includes 3 experienced RVNs, a student nurse, and a strong reception team – all helping to ensure a smooth day-to-day flow.

What’s on offer:

  • Salary up to £60,000 DOE
  • CPD allowance + support towards certificates
  • Paid RCVS, VDS, and BVA memberships
  • Life assurance, pension, and staff discounts
  • Spacious site with a dedicated staff room

Based just west of Southampton, this location offers quick access to the New Forest and coast – perfect for anyone seeking balance between fulfilling work and lifestyle.
