About the Practice:
We are working with a friendly mixed age team who focus on learning, evidence-based medicine and co-operation. There is an excellent vibe through the practice, and they will go out of their way to support and assist the team inside and outside of work. It is rare for cases to be referred outside of the practice and team members are encouraged and supported to work up their own cases to a high standard.
The Team:
You will be joining an experienced and established team made up of 4 Vets, 8 Nurses and 3 Receptionists. The team benefit from a variety of individual interests including our Nurse having a certificate in IFSM Feline Medicine.
One preferring the medicine side of veterinary work and achieved a GPCert in Small Animal Medicine in 2013, and a GPCert in Endoscopy in 2015 AND a PgCert in Small Animal Medicine in 2017... now pursuing a GPCert in Cardiology to expand his knowledge in this area.
About you
This role would suit a Vet who is comfortable with routine surgical and medical cases but may want to seek further coaching and exposure to more complex cases. A particular interest in surgery would be an advantage but is not essential!
You will also have good time management and organisational skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
They are a busy practice therefore you will appreciate a fast-paced environment and enjoy the variety that it brings but will also enjoy the structured days ensuring you continue to thrive.
A preference for 2-5 years of experience however, they are a flexible practice and will consider part time applicants, job shares and applicants with more or less experience.

Competitive salary - £40,000 - £70,000 (DOE/FTE)
