We’re working on behalf of a well-established, RCVS-accredited small animal practice in Essex, currently seeking a confident and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly, collaborative team.
This is an ideal role for a vet who enjoys the freedom to fully work up cases, thrives in a supportive clinical environment, and values professional growth.
The Role:

Full or part-time options available

4-day week with structured operating and consulting blocks

No out-of-hours

Light weekend rota (mornings only)

Well-supported by an experienced nursing and admin team
You’ll be joining a tight-knit group of colleagues who work hard to provide outstanding care to clients and their pets. This team places genuine importance on ensuring everyone works at their best, without the pressure of unrealistic targets or rushed consults.
The role is best suited to someone with a solid surgical foundation and excellent communication skills. You’ll enjoy autonomy in clinical decisions, while also benefiting from collaboration across the team.
