An exciting opportunity for a Veterinary physiotherapist has become available in the South Lakes area of Cumbria. The opportunity is based in a state of art facility equipped to a high standard with laser, ultrasound, TENS, and EMS machines alongside a Tudor underwater treadmill and Companion Stance Analyzer
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Veterinary physiotherapist to join the team, having the support of an 8 vet practice.
Therapies on offer also include therapeutic massage, acupuncture, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and we are now offering their patients regenerative medicine (platelet rich plasma and stem cell therapy) by intra-articular injection. All cases then feed into the ARC for a complete rehab programme.
You will work alongside a Veterinary Surgeon qualified in canine rehabilitation therapy, acupuncture, chronic pain management, and clinical canine massage therapy. The other valued team member is an experienced level 4 hydrotherapy and laser therapist.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a colleague with the enthusiasm, energy, and positive attitude to help us grow the ARC to its full potential.
You will need good communication skills both with other team members and clients, be organised within the workplace, keen to participate in the marketing and promotion of our services and bring your own personality to the mix.
Membership of NARCH or CHA is advantageous but not essential.
