About You:
Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
3+ years of clinical experience
Strong skills in anaesthesia monitoring, surgical assistance, and inpatient care.
A passion for gold-standard patient care and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
Confidence in client communication, a calm approach under pressure, and commitment to following (and improving) clinic protocols.
Responsibilities:
Supporting medical and surgical procedures, including monitoring anaesthesia and assisting with dentals.
Managing patient admissions, discharges, and follow-ups with professionalism and care.
Running nurse consults – from administering meds and injections to giving dental and nutritional advice.
Keeping things running smoothly: maintaining accurate records, clean workspaces, and contributing to system and protocol improvements.
