We are pleased to be working with one of the top Specialty Animal Hospitals in Southern California. Now, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Hospital Administrator to join the team. This is a rare opportunity for someone with big wings and a passion for veterinary care.
About the Hospital:
Specialize in Advanced Critical Care, Emergency, and Specialty Services.
Located in the Southern Bay area of LA.
Provides comprehensive veterinary care, including emergency and critical care, cardiology, internal medicine, neurology, surgery, avian and exotic pet care, nephrology services, and advanced orthopedics.
With over 40 doctors, 100 technicians, and a dedicated support staff
Requirements:
An experienced and Hospital Administrator
Strong business acumen with expertise in business planning, revenue management, and disciplined reporting.
Leadership and mentorship skills to manage and develop a team of doctors, technicians, and administrative staff.
Collaboration with regional leadership and support teams for success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospital administration, or CVPM.
5+ years of hospital management experience in a large veterinary hospital setting.
General understanding of HR and labor laws
Benefits:
Competitive salary ($125,000–$150,000 per year).
