Full-time, 4-day week with 1 in 4 Saturdays
The Role
This position combines leadership with hands-on clinical work, with approximately 80% of your time spent in practice and 20% dedicated to management responsibilities.
You’ll be based at a single, well-equipped hospital site, allowing you to focus on consistency of care and team collaboration.

About You
At least 8+ years’ experience in small animal practice
Proven leadership ability and an interest in team development
Confident across all aspects of general practice
Passionate about maintaining high clinical standards and supporting others to reach their potential
