A well established, community focused small animal practice in Calgary is looking to welcome a Veterinarian to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident vet who enjoys being hands on, thrives in a busy environment, and has a strong interest in surgery and dentistry.
This is a supportive, team driven clinic with a loyal client base and plenty of variety day to day, including same day appointments and walk in cases. The team takes pride in working cases up in clinic to the best of their ability prior to referral where appropriate, with transfer to emergency services when needed (no overnight care on site).
The Opportunity
A busy, engaging small animal role with a strong surgical focus and scope to grow your dentistry skills.
You’ll be involved in:
• General practice consults and case work ups
• Surgery focused caseload (strong surgical skills preferred)
• Dentistry experience or interest (highly valued)
• Same day appointments and walk in cases
• Managing cases in clinic prior to referral where appropriate
• Smooth transfer to emergency services when required

Schedule
Shared rotation of:
• Evening shifts (until 8:00 PM)
• Saturday shifts with the wider DVM team
