This is an exciting opportunity for a veterinarian who is seeking a management role to complement their medical responsibilities.
A full service 24 Hour Emergency hospital in Brampton that offers regular preventative veterinary care and around the clock emergency services, is hiring a Medical Director to join our team. As part of our mission to support and empower our veterinary teams, we have launched an ER Appreciation Program to better address the unique pressures faced by ER hospital team members - you can be a part of it! We are looking for an individual with proven leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills to support our amazing staff and positive work culture. Our ideal candidate will be proficient in diagnostic and surgical skills and have exemplary customer service that builds loyalty and trust with clients.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
A valid DVM from an accredited university
5+ years of experience
Passion for what you do every day
Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude are a must
A strong desire to educate and build solid relationships with clients
Excellent communication skills, both when dealing with clients and team members
