The Clinic
Centrally located in one of London’s most vibrant areas, this independent practice is purpose-built to an outstanding standard. The environment has been carefully designed with both workflow and wellbeing in mind, creating a space where vets can do their best work.
Facilities are extensive and include a fully integrated imaging suite (digital X-ray, ultrasound, VVS), a dedicated dental suite with dental X-ray, and a sterile surgical theatre equipped for advanced procedures including laparoscopy and endoscopy. There are also plans underway to introduce MRI and CT, highlighting the long-term ambition behind the clinic.
The Team
You’ll be joining a highly capable and collaborative team of experienced vets, supported by skilled RVNs, VCAs, and a strong client care team. The culture is progressive, supportive, and centred around delivering outstanding patient care.
The Role
This Senior / Lead Vet position is ideal for someone with at least 5 years’ experience in first opinion practice who is confident with routine surgery and consultations. A certificate holder, or someone working towards one, would be highly advantageous.
Beyond clinical ability, this role is suited to an ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll play a key role in shaping the clinic, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to its ongoing growth and success. It’s an opportunity to step into leadership while still being hands-on clinically.
