About the Role:
As Medical Director, you’ll lead a skilled team in providing exceptional veterinary care while shaping the future of the hospital. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and mentoring associate veterinarians.
Overseeing clinical practices and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Collaborating on hospital operations and driving practice growth.
Maintaining a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence.

What’s on Offer:
Competitive salary of $140,000 to $165,000 USD.
Generous sign-on bonus of $50,000 and relocation assistance available.

Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
3-5 years of clinical experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
