Our team takes pride in practicing evidence-based medicine in a supportive, low-drama environment.

Whether you’re an experienced DVM or early in your career, you’ll be surrounded by a cohesive and experienced team that works collaboratively and shares a passion for continuous learning.

About the Practice

  • Established, full-service hospital with 30+ years in the Welland community

  • Two full-time veterinarians and one part-time, supported by a strong team of 4 RVTs and 5 veterinary assistants

  • Appointment-based practice (no walk-ins), giving you time to focus on quality care

  • Caseload includes:
    • Preventative medicine & chronic disease management
    • Soft tissue surgery (spays/neuters, lumpectomies, gastropexies, cystotomies, etc.)
    • Dentistry (digital dental X-ray, surgical extractions)
    • Dermatology, ophthalmology, senior care, in-house diagnostics

  • Average of 15–20 appointments/day per DVM, with scheduled breaks and no double-booking

  • Dedicated surgical and dental days each week for interested veterinarians

  • In-house IDEXX lab, digital X-ray, digital dental radiography, and ultrasound

  • Recently renovated treatment and surgical areas, with separate dog and cat wards
