7 on / 14 off | Part-Time (18.67 hours avg) | £40,000 DOE | ECC-Focused | No Routine GP Work
We’re working with a leading veterinary hospital near Cambridge that is expanding its out-of-hours team and now looking for a Twilight Vet to bridge the gap between the day and night shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a vet with a passion for emergency and critical care (ECC) who’s looking to step away from GP work and focus solely on urgent and complex caseloads in a hospital setting.
The Role
- Part-time: 4pm–Midnight
- 7 nights on, 14 nights off (average 18.67 hours per week)
- Permanent contract
- Focused ECC role with no routine GP caseload
- Overlap with day and night teams – never sole charge

What They’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ post-grad experience in small animal practice
- RCVS-registered vet with a strong interest in ECC
