We’re working with a well-established, independent small animal hospital in Dublin seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to take on a senior clinical role. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys surgery, leads by example, and wants meaningful input into how a modern, progressive practice operates.

What we’re looking for:

Strong surgical experience in soft tissue and dentistry

Confident in medical cases with basic ultrasound skills

Natural leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and support colleagues

Proactive, team-focused approach and commitment to high clinical standards
The package:

Full-time position with flexibility considered
-
Salary €60,000 – €80,000 depending on experience

Unlimited CPD with genuine support for further qualifications

VCI fees paid
-
20 days annual leave (or 4 working weeks on a 4-day rota)

Birthday leave plus a paid charity day
