Our client who we are pleased to be working with are seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
About them:
This practice is a friendly RCVS accredited hospital who run their own out of hours service. They work to a very high standard of patient care with separate cat, dog and exotic wards, in house laboratory and digital x-ray. They have a superb, spacious purpose-built hospital with 6 operating theatres and multiple consulting rooms.
They have a team of 11 vets who are supported by a team of over 20 qualified and experienced nurses. You will work a 4 day week (with the same day off each week) with an equally shared out of hours rota, currently 1 in 8 weekends and approx. 1 night per week.
Caseload, equipment and support is in place for vets wanting to study for a certificate – they have an exotics diplomat and an experienced surgery certificate holder. This role would ideally suit a vet 1 – 4 years qualified however the level of experience within the practice means they can provide support for a new graduate. They have excellent level of staff retention and a long standing client base.

Salary:
The salary will be £37,000 – £60,000 depending on skills and experience.
