Our client who we are delighted to be working with are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team! The role will involve a healthy mix of consultations and surgical/diagnostics. The consultation blocks are generally no longer than 8 appointments at a time with breaks.
Rota:
The rota includes working 4 days per week, with 3 of those days being between 8:30am-7:00pm and the other day from 8:00am-6:00pm. Weekends and Saturday mornings are 1:3 until 1:00pm. There are no out of hours.
Join an established practice:
This practice is situated in Rugby which is a rapidly growing town with lots of local amenities - including cinemas, theatres, lots of different restaurants and pubs etc. They are also within close range of some beautiful countryside locally, but also the Cotswolds and Peak District easily close enough for day or weekend trips. They are well situated with easy access to the major transport networks to Birmingham and London in less than an hour!
They have five consulting rooms, a large main waiting area and a specific waiting room for cats. They also have separate cat kennels, separate large dog kennels and even a separate small furry ward too! There are two dedicated sterile theatres, and two dental/dirty stations within their practice.
They currently have a great team of 7 Veterinary Surgeons and 9 fully qualified Veterinary Nurses supported by 5 receptionists, a Practice Manager and 2 Practice Admin Supports.
Salary:
Up to £75,000 DOE, Relocation Allowance up to £5,000 plus Welcome Bonus up to £5,000
