The Role:

  • We are looking for a full and a part time Small Animal Vet to join a friendly professional clinical team. Both positions can be considered with or without on-call!

  • Ideally the rota would be 1.5 in 8, however we can be completely flexible to your needs in regards to the hours of work.

  • The facilities will allow for good case work up and include a state of the art equipment.

About the Practice:

We are pleased to be representing an award winning, well established practice in the Lancashire area. The practice is a first opinion practice, running the Farm and Equine Department and Companion Animal Department totally separately. The team here really care for their staff's well being and want their staff to be happy at work & enjoy a Great work/life balance. They are a multi branch practice, having the main site recently refurbished.

You would be joining a team of great experience, a wealth & knowledge and abundance amount of support. With team meetings so all staff can contribute to the success of our practice and ensure everyone is listened to. For more recently qualified vets they have reflective meeting giving vets a great environment to develop and grow, with a new graduate development program!

The Ideal Applicant:

  • We will consider all levels of Experience and Availability for the right candidates.

  • You must be RCVS Registered or Meet the Requirements to do so.

  • You should be a good communicator and work well within a team

  • A Generous Market Salary, rising with experience. (To give you an idea of current pay scales. A one year qualified vet will be paid £38,000. A vet who has been qualified for 6 years will be on £53,000+)
