Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a dynamic team of 7 Vets and 8 highly skilled nurses.
Conduct routine and soft tissue surgeries with confidence.
Thoroughly work up medical cases and ensure clear communication with clients.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills to maintain high clinic standards.
Collaborate with the team for efficient clinic operations.
