The Role
Our client who we are delighted to be working with have an opportunity that has risen for 2 full-time or part-time Registered Veterinary Nurses to join their existing team of highly competent nurses. Your role will be busy and varied, incorporating all aspects of nursing and they support their nurses in developing any areas of interest, CPD and in-house training are actively encouraged and funded.

You will be required to work 8-hour shifts across 5 days per week, between 7.30 am and 7:30 pm. With a 1:8 share in the weekend rota and approximately 5 weekends on call per year.
Salary:
The salary for this role is up to £29,000 PA depending on experience.
About Them:
This practice is a leading, RCVS-accredited, general and referral hospital in Belfast. Their diagnostics and treatments are second to none and their clinical team is highly trained and experienced to ensure their patients receive the very best treatment. Their referral work encompasses the fields of orthopaedics, ophthalmology, internal medicine, neurology, cardiology, soft tissue surgery, rehabilitation, and pain management.
You will join a team of 21 nurses, ward assistants, lab technicians and sterile services technicians working with 10 Veterinary Surgeons. Their facilities include three operating theatres, an x-ray, on-site 16-slice CT, visiting high-field MRI, ultrasound, arthroscopy, fluoroscopy, and endoscopy.
Applicant Requirements:
They are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse with post-qualification experience, to deliver the highest standards of patient and client care. You will demonstrate experience working as part of a team, have good communication skills, can work in a busy environment and multi-task. Experience in referrals work and/or anaesthesia is an advantage although not essential.
