Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are thrilled to be working with a practice who are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team. All their nurses are fully involved in taking care of every aspect of veterinary nursing including nurse clinics, inpatient care, daily management of patients, diagnostic facilities to include MRI, CT and Ultrasound suite.
Rota:
The rota includes working 40 hours per week with variable day, nights and weekend cover.
About the practice:
They are a progressive first opinion, small animal, RCVS-accredited hospital with a significant and growing referral caseload.
They have excellent surgical, medical, and diagnostic facilities including in-house MRI, CT, Ultrasound and Xray facilities. High-level inpatient care is maintained by their nursing team providing 24hr coverage at the clinic. While they are very proud of their reputation for providing the highest standards of care, they are more committed than ever to continue to improve the standards of the services they provide.
Their team at the practice is led by a team of 10 Veterinary Surgeons, 14 Registered Veterinary Nurses, Animal Nursing Assistants and 12 support staff. They have a range of Vets with additional qualifications and certificates and several working towards further qualifications- in the fields of Orthopaedics, Surgery, Internal Medicine and Neurology.
Salary:
Salary up to £32,000 DOE
