Are you a Small Animal Vet looking for a part time opportunity in the Bristol area? We are looking for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join a fantastic team on a part time permanent basis!
About:
The clinic is based very near the city centre, in a lovely upbeat vibrant area with a united community. The great location means they benefit from a good variety of cases and a wonderful loyal client base. The well-equipped surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and you’ll get use of the large theatre, very good Ultrasound machine, Digital X-ray, Dental X-ray and their in-house Idexx lab machines.
They are proud to be a Silver accredited cat friendly practice and would love the next colleague to have the same enthusiasm and care for them as they do. You’ll be joining an experienced team including 3 part time Vets, 4 Nurses, 5 Client Care Advisors, and 1 Client Care Manager.
The part time position is for Thursdays and Fridays 8.30am-7pm and every other Saturday morning 9am-12pm, which they will pay you time and a half for. Your contracted hours will work out to be 20.5hrs per week. And can potentially be flexible about the weekday shifts!
The Ideal Vet:
As a successful candidate, you will have good general veterinary skills, excellent communication skills and be enthusiastic with a genuine interest in animal welfare.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both clients and the team. Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
