**Night Vet Position Available, flexible on shifts 7 On, 7/14/21 Off**
Lloyd & Cowan are delighted to be working with an Independent, Family run practice that are based within a purpose built premises, located in the Norwich Area.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a clinic where you will be a valued employee and given the support to develop professional within the practice.
The practice deal with a wide range of caseloads such as companion animal & exotics, not just your ordinary exotics but have also had the likes of red pandas, alligator & porcupines from one of the local zoos!
The work hours can be flexible and negotiable as this is a new position being brought into the clinic and they are open to any feedback/preference from the candidate. Ideally it be a 7 on, 7/14 off sleeping shift, but open to all.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a general Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to take on this exciting opportunity.
Ideally you will have a good experience in a Small Animal Practice, an interest in exotics would be beneficial given the caseload but not necessary.
About the Practice:
This practice is an exceptional clinic, with a team that all have such a passion for their work. With state of the art facilities and equipment it allows rapid “in house” diagnosis and treatment. They believe their clients' pets care is to the utmost importance to them and offer longer consultations and flexible appointment with dedicated cat, dog and exotic waiting areas and wards.
The clinic is up to date with modern equipment such as CT Scanner, Laser therapy, several different X-Rays, Endoscopy, Ultrasound, Dental X-ray & other machinery specifically designed for them for exotics.
Have Your Say.... The practice are flexible and open to your input as a vet within the team and are open to purchasing new equipment for the practice that you may see as a benefit. They respect their employees input in all aspects of the clinic and are open and have no restrictions on specific medicines, perhaps you used a previous medicine that you found worked well, they would be open to bringing this into their clinic.
The Team:
Currently the team is made up of 4 Vets, however one is relocation to South America, and they hope to have a Day Vet to replace this one plus this position. Accompanied by a great support team of a Large Team of RVNs, ACAs & 1.5 Receptionists.
