About Them: They are a well-established and highly regarded veterinary practice that has been serving the Bournemouth community and its surrounding areas with unwavering dedication. Position Overview: They are in search of a motivated and seasoned Small Animal Vet to become an integral part of their close-knit team on a full-time basis, encompassing 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will be a driven and experienced vet, capable of fostering the growth of their fellow veterinarians, embracing policies, and encouraging their team to do the same. They will also be enthusiastic about enhancing their Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives within the practice, propelling them to be a forward-thinking, gold-standard facility.
This role entails the line management of their veterinary surgeons, including monthly check-ins. It will also involve working in close collaboration with the Practice Director, Head Nurse, and Head Receptionist to ensure that the practice operates efficiently and maintains high standards.
