Mixed Veterinary Surgeon – Small Animal Bias – Tipperary

A well-established, modern veterinary hospital in scenic Tipperary is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a strong focus on small animal work to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is a predominantly small animal role with some participation in a shared large animal rota, offering variety without losing that SA focus. You’ll work in a well-equipped practice with a dedicated team of vets, nurses, and support staff, and enjoy a collaborative environment where clinical standards and client relationships come first.

The Role Offers:

  • Salary up to €70,000 commensurate with experience

  • Full-time, permanent contract starting September 2025

  • Shared OOH rota with protected time off

  • CPD allowance with certificate support

  • Professional fees paid

  • Generous annual leave, including your birthday off

  • Additional benefits to support wellbeing and work-life balance

This role suits an experienced vet confident in routine small animal practice and able to work independently. You’ll enjoy a varied caseload, modern facilities, and the chance to live in a beautiful part of Ireland with easy access to Cork, Limerick, and Waterford.
