Love the balance of farm and small animal work? This independent mixed practice is offering an exciting opportunity for a Mixed Vet to join their 11-vet team in a stunning location.
The Role

Caseload: ~50% farm (mainly beef and sheep), 40% small animal, 10% equine

Structured mix of ambulatory farm visits, consults, and surgical duties

Dedicated team support with RVNs and ATT testers assisting across both farm and clinic work

4-day working week, 1:12 Saturday mornings, and fair OOH rota (1:8 first and second on-call) with bonuses per call
The Team
You’ll be joining an experienced and friendly team ranging from new graduates to vets with over 25 years in practice. The culture is genuinely supportive — regular morning huddles, monthly case discussions, and a collaborative ethos where development and wellbeing are prioritised.
