About the Clinic:

Proud to serve as a teaching hospital for the University of Calgary, integrating cutting-edge veterinary education with hands-on clinical experience. The clinic boasts a team of 5 veterinarians and 6 full-time veterinary technicians, working together to provide exceptional care across a range of cases involving both small and large animals.

Position Details:

  • Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

  • Weekend Duties: Participate in on-call duties with 1 in 6 Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and be on call for the remainder of the day.

  • Collaborative Environment: Work in a supportive and communicative setting, where teamwork and professional development are highly valued.

Compensation:

  • Continued education - $2000 + plus 5 paid days

  • Health and Dental insurance

  • Competitive salary based on experience

Requirements:

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent).

  • Passion for mixed animal practice and veterinary education.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
