New Graduate Development
New graduates will be supported through a structured 24-month mentored program designed to fast-track confidence and clinical capability. The program focuses on hands-on experience, professional communication, business skills, and personal wellbeing, ensuring you develop into a well-rounded, capable veterinarian.
About You
You will bring:
A BVSc or equivalent degree recognised in Australia (or be eligible to register)
A positive, client-focused and team-oriented approach
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
