The practice has a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality veterinary care and is looking for a confident clinician who enjoys leading by example, mentoring others, and driving clinical and operational excellence.
The Role
This position would suit a vet with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and some prior experience supporting or leading a team. You’ll maintain a hands-on clinical role while helping to guide the team, ensuring the highest standards of patient and client care are consistently met.

40-hour week across 5 days
1 in 3 Saturday mornings (TOIL provided)
No out-of-hours or on-call

The Practice

The team includes several certificate holders and nurses with ECC qualifications, fostering an environment that supports ongoing professional development.
