If you're passionate about emergency and critical care (ECC) and ready to take on a leadership role, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Who they are looking:
They're looking for someone with the drive to lead and shape the team. While clinical leadership experience is desirable, you'll be well-supported by an experienced team of vets, talented RVNs, and dedicated support staff. If you have ECC experience, that’s a plus, but most importantly, they want someone eager to make this role their own. They’re dedicated to supporting professional development, including offering funded certificates so you can specialize in the area that excites you most.
Key Details of the Role:
Rota: 7 nights on, 14 nights off, with 1:6 Sunday day shifts and 2 bank holidays per year
You’ll be joining a friendly and skilled team, with the freedom to shape your role and make an impact
Salary:
Up to £70k DOE
