An independent, RCVS Accredited mixed practice is seeking a Farm Veterinary Surgeon to join a small, friendly, and highly supportive team committed to delivering high-quality veterinary care.
This is a farm-only role, ideally suited to a veterinary surgeon with 1–2+ years’ clinical experience, though applications from all experience levels will be considered. You’ll be supported by a close-knit team where collaboration and clinical backup are a priority.
The Role

Full-time position with a 4-day working week

Shared and well-supported on-call rota

Two vets always on call to ensure support when needed

Farm work across a varied and loyal client base, including dairy, beef, and sheep
-
TB testing shared equally, with a newly qualified ATT taking on the majority of the testing workload

The practice operates across a scenic rural area with excellent access to outdoor pursuits, from running and water sports to relaxed countryside walks and local pubs. Despite the rural setting, there are excellent transport links north and south, with straightforward access to major cities by road or rail.
