6 Month ER Doctor Training Program - January Start Date

All all New ER Doctor graduates are guaranteed a position as an Emergency Doctor upon successful completion of the program. They will be placed at a hospital location of the organization's choosing, provided they complete the six-month program within the required time frame and meet all competencies and benchmarks.

Comprehensive training and mentorship initiative designed for veterinarians with 1+ years of experience who wish to transition to emergency medicine. This six-month intensive, hands-on program aims to prepare participants for a full-time Emergency Doctor role. Key features include:

  • Passion for helping others.

  • Valid DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree.

  • At least one year of practice as a veterinarian.

  • Desire to specialize in emergency medicine.

  • Valid veterinary license and DEA registration for the state of practice by the start date.

  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, stay awake for overnight shifts, and commit to a six-month schedule.
