The equine patient base includes a mix of pleasure, show, and working horses across Ozaukee, Washington, Sheboygan, and Fond du Lac Counties. The role can be tailored to suit individual preferences—with the option to focus solely on equine work or incorporate small animal and/or small ruminant cases if desired.

About the Equine Service:

  • Diagnostic imaging and in-house laboratory testing

  • Therapeutic services including laser therapy and Veterinary Spinal Manipulation Therapy (VSMT)

  • Haul-in facility with two stalls and a dedicated stock area

  • Shared after-hours equine emergency rotation

Equipment Available:

  • Surgical and therapeutic laser

  • ProStride® autologous protein solution system

  • Comprehensive in-house lab

What’s on Offer:

This clinic is committed to providing flexibility and support to help veterinarians thrive. A customized compensation package will be offered based on the candidate's experience and goals, and typically includes:

  • Competitive base salary plus commission bonus

  • Generous CE allowance

  • Retirement plan

  • Paid time off

  • Licensing, insurance, and association dues

  • Employee discounts

  • Flexible scheduling options

Location:

Situated in a scenic area with convenient access to Milwaukee, Sheboygan, and West Bend, the region offers an exceptional quality of life. Enjoy proximity to Lake Michigan, Northern Kettle Moraine trails, and charming rural communities—perfect for hiking, riding, or relaxing on your own hobby farm.

This is an ideal opportunity for an equine-focused veterinarian looking to work in a collaborative environment, with strong support, modern facilities, and the flexibility to shape their ideal caseload.
