The role of Clinical Lead / Lead Veterinary Surgeon in Leigh, Greater Manchester presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Veterinary Surgeon to step into a leadership position within a dynamic veterinary practice.
The successful candidate will:
Play a pivotal role in driving the growth and direction of the practice.
Work closely with the Practice Manager and Directors to ensure the highest standards of patient care and client experience.
Inspire and mentor the existing team while developing personally and professionally.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice.
Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement best practices.
Actively contributing to the achievement of clinical excellence.
