About the Role:
Full-time hours, typically 8:30am–5:00pm (or 9:00am–6:00pm when on call)
On-call: One night per week
Weekends: 1 in 4 (just mornings) – OOHs beyond that are outsourced
Structured and manageable rota with a focus on work-life balance
What They’re Looking For:
A confident, experienced small animal vet
Previous leadership experience is ideal, but if you're ready to step up and take the next move, support will be there
Someone who enjoys mentoring, shaping standards, and building a positive culture
Package Includes:
Salary depending on experience, starting from €70k+
Discounted Pet Care
Certificate support
VCI, VDS paid
CPD allowance (€1300) + 5 CPD days
