Clinical Director – Thetford, Norfolk

Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are delighted to be working with a practice who have a great opportunity for a Clinical Director!

Location:

They are in a great location for getting into London, Cambridge, or Norwich, with good rail links to the rest of the UK, and Stansted and Southend airports both within easy reach, giving you a whole bunch of places to explore.

Working Hours/Rota:

Their full-time vets work a 4-day week (36 hours) and participate in a 1 in 10-12 out-of-hours rota (covering out-of-hours until 10pm weekdays, and 5pm weekends) with a Friday off the week after a weekend on-call. Their current Clinical Directors get 1 day a week of admin time, but this is flexible if you feel that you need more, or that you’d rather spend more of your time in clinical work. In addition to their two very experienced practice managers, they also have a fantastic admin team across all three branches.

Salary from £50-60k depending on experience, with opportunities to develop. Plus, you will be reimbursed with extra pay for out-of-hours work and second on-call weekend duties.
