A world-renowned international organisation based in the heart of Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior Equine Veterinarian to step into a high-profile clinical leadership position within an elite racing environment.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the very top of performance horse medicine, managing and treating top-tier racehorses while playing a key role in mentoring and developing the next generation of equine veterinarians. You will be joining a fast-paced, high-performance team where clinical excellence, collaboration, and innovation are at the forefront.
This role would suit an accomplished equine professional with extensive performance or racehorse experience who thrives in a demanding, progressive setting. Specialist status is advantageous but not essential.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Board Certification or Residency training in Equine Surgery

Extensive experience in performance and/or racehorse medicine

Proven leadership and mentoring capability

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Previous senior-level or team leadership experience

Eligibility for veterinary registration in Hong Kong
