Lloyd & Cowan is proud to partner with a high-standard, privately owned general practice in the beautiful Greater Vancouver Area, currently seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join their collaborative and supportive team.

Why Join This Clinic?
5.5 DVM general practice with 3 exam rooms
Excellent 1:2 DVM-to-RVT ratio and 30+ team members including experienced RVTs
4-day work week (10-hour shifts); occasional 3-day weeks
30-minute appointments – dogs and cats only
60% dentistry caseload – experience preferred, mentorship available
Modern equipment: digital dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house lab
Monthly visits from a board-certified radiologist and strong ties with traveling specialists
Rotating monthly schedule promoting autonomy and collaboration
Compensation & Benefits
Two earning models:
– 100% production (22%)
– Base + production (e.g. $120K base + 22% over $60K billed)
Earning potential: $150K–$180K+
CE allowance of $3,500
3 weeks vacation, wellness fund, and unpaid leave options

What We're Looking For
North American-trained or equivalent experienced DVM
Strong communication, confidence, and the ability to work independently
Skilled in or enthusiastic to develop dentistry experience
UK candidates with strong clinical standards also encouraged to apply
