Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are pleased to be working with a practice who is seeking an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This role is ideal for a clinician ready to take on more responsibility, support newer graduates, and grow their own skills.
About them:
You’ll manage a varied caseload with clinical freedom and daily operating opportunities. Specialization is encouraged, with support for studying certificates or offering specialist services. They work closely with their local Cats Protection branch and have recently introduced a dedicated cat clinic.
You'll work alongside 4 experienced vets and 5 RVNs who play a key role in patient care, running their own clinics and providing excellent services.
Flexible Working:
Their standard schedule is 40 hours over 4-5 days, with shared Saturday mornings and no OOH. They’re open to flexible working or part-time hours to ensure a great work-life balance.
Salary:
Up to £65,000 DOE, Welcome Bonus up to £5,000 plus Relocation Allowance up to £5,000
