Veterinary Surgeon (Surgical Bias) – Lincoln – £50,000 to £70,000 DOE

The team
This is a collaborative, ambitious group of vets with varied specialisms, including surgery, imaging, and medicine. Several colleagues are already certificate holders or working towards them, and you’ll be encouraged to do the same. Nurses are highly skilled and confident in theatre, meaning you’ll have excellent support around you. The surgical caseload
With four theatres, a dedicated dental suite, separate dog and cat wards, ultrasound, X-ray, in-house lab, and a well-equipped prep area, this practice sees a diverse and busy caseload. Alongside routine procedures, there’s the scope to be involved in more advanced and challenging surgeries, with the chance to build a caseload in line with your interests. If you’re studying towards a certificate or looking to start one, you’ll have full support to develop and grow in your surgical career.
The role
- Full-time, 39 hours per week
- 1 in 4 weekends
- Mix of consults, routine surgery, and progression into advanced surgical work
